About Peaceful Beginnings Midwifery
At Peaceful Beginnings Midwifery, they will provide the support you need and respect for your informed decision by experts who have been there. The staff consists of one lead midwife, Jennifer, and then her two assistant midwives, Barb and Jen. Together they have served hundreds of families. From home birth to water birth, VBAC to holistic prenatal and postpartum care, to breastfeeding support, they will have something you absolutely love.
Services
When you choose services, you will create a one-on-one relationship with your midwife, making you feel safe and secure. Peaceful Beginnings Midwifery starts off by providing a FREE one-hour consultation to answer all questions about midwifery that you may have. Additionally, they want to see that holistic home birth is the right option for you. Then you will receive visits with your midwife throughout your pregnancy. In these meetings, you will chat with your midwife about nutrition, baby health, your health, and creating a birthing plan. When it is time, your midwife will attend the birth with you and the assistant. So your emotional and physical needs will be supported in any way you need.
Once the baby is born, the midwife will stay several hours to ensure everything is going great. You will receive care for up to twelve weeks after the baby is born. This is in addition to any support or resources you may need along the way. Peaceful Beginnings Midwifery will also do baby weight checks, breastfeeding support, and postpartum exams for you, and they will take care of the birth certificate and any paperwork. The small team at Peaceful Beginnings is there every step of the way to support you and be there for you throughout this magical time for you and your family.
