With her help, you will be guided from preconception through postpartum and everything in between. Her code of ethics is to put God first in everything and to recognize the importance of life. She will honor your family and encourage the weary. She will provide direction for those beginning the bereavement process if needed.
Heritage Consulting provides support classes including:
Babywearing support- Safety and comfort are of utmost importance, so she can provide tips to make you and your baby comfortable as you navigate your new normal.
Sleep patterns- she will provide feedback for your questions about safe sleep for your baby. Resources will be offered if needed.
Breastfeeding basics- Sarah will be there to answer questions and provide support in all aspects of the breastfeeding process.
Childbirth education- First-time parents often need to understand all options available for how and where to give birth. Under her instruction, you will feel prepared and empowered for your birth.
Newborn care- all aspects of care will be covered in this class. Whether you are a first-time parent or just need a refresher.
Classes are offered in person one on one or in a group and some can be provided virtually if needed.
